How to license our software
Innovarasol holds the rights to sell and distribute each product on this site. Any organisation that wants to use one takes a licence from Innovarasol. Nobody else is authorised to sell, resell or host these products without a written agreement with us.
Hosted subscription
For organisations that want it running without their own IT work.

For organisations whose policy requires software inside their own network.

What you sign
The paperwork, in plain words
Licence agreement
Sets out what you can use, for how many people, for how long and at what price. You get the right to use the software. Ownership of the software stays with Innovarasol and its licensor.
Data processing agreement
Needed whenever the software holds personal data for you. It records that you are the data controller, Innovarasol is your processor, where data is stored and how it is protected, as required by UK GDPR.
Service levels and support
For hosted editions: availability targets, support hours, response times and how updates are announced.
Supplier documents for public bodies
Security, accessibility and data protection documents are available on request for procurement teams.

Who owns the software?
The products are owned by, or exclusively licensed to, Innovara Sol Limited, which holds the right to sell, license and distribute them. See Legal and IP.
Can we try it first?
Yes. We offer a guided demo and, for organisations, a time-limited trial on a test site with sample data.
Can it use our wording?
Yes. Teachvara lets your admins rename roles, departments, teaching types and certificate wording to match your organisation.
How is it priced?
Organisation licences are priced by size and edition. Ask us for a quote. Varelyno personal plans are listed on varelyno.com.
Can we leave and take our data?
Yes. Exports are available at any time, and on ending a licence we return or delete your data as set out in the data processing agreement.
