Innovarasol is the trading name of Innovara Sol Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17514270, registered office 12 Bluebell Close, Gateshead, NE9 6RF. Contact: [email protected].
What we sell
We sell subscriptions and licences to use our software: Teachvara and Varelyno. Software is delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP on this site and on each product's website. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Organisation licences are invoiced and paid by bank transfer.
Subscriptions and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until cancelled. We email you before an annual renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, and your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Cancellation and refunds
If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund. After that, payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it or the service has not been provided as described. To ask for a refund, email [email protected].
Product terms
Each product also has its own terms of use, shown when you sign up. Organisation licences are covered by a written licence agreement.
