What we collect
This website has no sign-in, no forms and no advertising or tracking cookies. If you email us, we keep your name, email address and what you tell us so that we can reply and, if you become a customer, manage your licence.
Our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
To answer enquiries and arrange licences (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract), and to keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a licence are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept for the length of the licence and six years after, for legal and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
